NeuroTrac® PelviTone-ETS200

DUAL CHANNEL STIM UNIT The NeuroTrac® PelviTone is a dual channel STIM device designed for pelvic floor stimulation. Used under the guidance of a clinician or physiotherapist, NeuroTrac® pelvitone provides precision in usage. Users can control pulse width, pulse rate, ramp-up time, work–rest cycles, and choose between alternating or synchronous stimulation when using two channels. Designed specifically for focused pelvic floor rehabilitation, it features multi-phase programs, adjustable settings, and symmetrical stimulation to support effective continence management and pelvic health therapy.

Overview & Clinical Applications

The NeuroTrac® PelviTone is a dual channel stimulator unit designed for pelvic floor rehabilitation. It delivers symmetrical, rectangular biphasic constant current stimulation with adjustable pulse width, frequency, ramp time, and treatment duration. The device includes pre-set continence programmes and customizable options, allowing clinicians to tailor work/rest cycles, alternating or synchronous modes, and phase settings. It features open electrode detection, low battery indication, and a compliance lock function to monitor usage and average intensity.

Clinically, NeuroTrac® pelvitone promotes continence, strengthens pelvic muscles, improves range of movement, enhances blood supply to the muscles in cases of intermittent claudication, and supports pain reduction under professional supervision.

Dual channel PelviTone device has all the features of Continence device, along with:

  • Advanced multi-phase programmes where treatment is split into time phases with different stimulation parameters
  • Stronger symmetrical stimulation with the reduced Pulse Width: 50 – 330 μS
  • Three Custom programmes plus 11 Preset Continence programmes
  • Lock mode function to measure the home compliance (mA and time used)
  • NeuroTrac®™ VeriProbe – The Vaginal probe for EMG and Electrostimulation

Model number: ETS200. This product is available through selected distributors who are able to provide training and support.

How the NeuroTrac® PelviTone-ETS200Works

NeuroTrac® PelviTone works by delivering neuromuscular electrical stimulation to muscle and nerve fibres through a dual-channel constant current system. It produces symmetrical, rectangular bi-phasic pulses with zero DC current. Clinicians can adjust pulse width, frequency, ramp-up time, and treatment duration. The device allows control of work/rest cycles or continuous stimulation, with options for alternating or synchronous output across two isolated channels.

Programmes may be selected from preset continence options (P01–P11) or customized (PC1–PC3) with phase-specific settings. Stimulation intensity ranges from 0–90 mA, with open electrode detection resetting output to zero if disconnection occurs. A lock function records usage time and average intensity to monitor home compliance.

Technical Specifications

  • Dual channel: individually isolated circuits.
  • Amplitude: 0-90 mA into 500 Ohm load; actual mA will tend to be less than indicated due to electrode impedance: at 1000 Ohms load (Electrodes in poor condition) the maximum will be limited to 86 mA, at 1500 Ohms load the maximum will be limited to 65 mA.
  • Type: Constant current, maximum output voltage 180 Volts +10 / -30 Volts
  • Waveform: Symmetrical, rectangular bi-phasic with zero DC current.
  • Selectable pulse width: 50 μS – 330 μS [2% accuracy].
  • Pulse Rate selection: in the continuous mode 2 – 100 Hz [2% accuracy].
  • Time duration of the treatment selectable: 1 minute to 90 minutes.
  • Low Battery Indicator: If the battery goes below 6.9 volts +/- 0.2 volts the battery symbol will flash on/off once every second.
  • Open Electrode Detect: If an open circuit is detected at the output of channel A or B the output current will be reset at zero.
  • Ramp up time 0.1 – 9.9 seconds.
  • If the battery voltage is below 6.6 (+/- 0.2) volts the unit will not turn on.
